Our safety program exceeds OSHA requirements which raises the bar on the commitment to safety. Excellence in safety is not a goal, it is an expectation. We establish this expectation from the start. Our project teams lead by example, placing safety first in their daily work activities. Site specific project safety plans are developed, taking into account the specific safety requirements and environment of each project.
President
As President, Kevin brings over 20 years of building construction management to the company. Currently, he coordinates and directs all aspects of the company’s objectives and policies. It is his responsibility to be certain that the company has the ability to make and keep all of its commitments. He works with the executive team to coordinate the company’s operations, finances, business development, and client relations. He fosters the development of new markets, assists with market initiatives and analyzes business growth opportunities. Kevin also assists Owners and Architects in early-stage financial feasibility studies and defining project objectives. Kevin is a graduate of Chattahoochee College where he received a degree in Business Management and Accounting. He is a member of AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Association) as well as ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
Kevin also Served in the Air Force during Iraqi Freedom.
Communication & Business Development Manager
Kimberly leads the MSN Construction marketing and business development team in internal & external marketing, communication strategy and business development support. She has 20 years of experience as a consultant and in-house communications and marketing professional.
Director of Field Operations
As Director of Field Operations, Rusty oversees and coordinates all field management, logistics and safety oversight for the company. He is adept at the management of field assets and resources, starting with the project field leadership he coordinates, mentors and guides each day. He is passionate about the safety of everyone on every project and under his leadership has impacted MSN Construction projects in such a way that ensures a culture of safety, highest quality work and client care. He is responsible for assigning company superintendents and field workers to ensure the best use of talent and labor; coordination of materials for each job site; and overseeing all projects to ensure projects meet schedules, budget and quality standards in a safe manner.
